Vegetables mix soup with feta and almonds

Ingredients :

Ingredients for 4 people

800 g Almaverde Bio Vegetables mix soup
60 g light feta cheese
40 g almonds
1 teaspoon honey
12 stems of chives
extra virgin olive oil

Tips and variations :
For a richer soup instead of feta you can use melted taleggio or gorgonzola.

Preparation :
Put the soup in a pan and heat. In the meantime, cut the almonds into strips, let them toast for a few minutes in a pan, making sure that they do not burn. Transfer them to a bowl and add the honey, mix it. Divide the soup on the dishes, complete with the crumbled feta cheese, almonds, chopped chives and to taste a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
